Mark co-founded Compare Your Funding in 2013 after identifying a real gap in the market for genuine, honest business funding guidance. Having experienced first-hand how often businesses are guided towards products that are not the right fit, he set out to build something different. His hands-on approach, deep knowledge of the funding landscape, and straightforward style have been central to the company securing over £250 million in tailored solutions.

Jamie Grimshaw
Jamie leads funder relationships, oversees system improvements, and drives the company's national growth strategy. With 23 years of banking experience at RBS and NatWest managing SME relationships across diverse sectors, Jamie brings unrivalled industry knowledge. He is a Chartered Banker, Fellow of the Chartered Banker Institute, and holds CeMAP certification. Jamie prioritises delivering long-term value and helping businesses find products suited to their actual needs.
